Apply multisectoral and impacting actions and strategies at the different levels of the obesity causal chain as prevention and management of obesity can only be achieved by influencing public policies in domains such as health, food systems, social protection, built environment and physical activity, health literacy and education and develop comprehensive and evidence-informed national actions plans for the prevention and management of obesity in all age groups, with consideration to regulatory mechanisms and legal frameworks.
